Drunk driver charged for a 6th time in Milwaukee

Posted under reckless driving lawyers

A 56-year-old woman will soon face her sixth drunk driving charge in court. If she is convicted on this count, as she was on her five previous OWI charges, she faces the possibility of spending 10 years in prison.

This most recent arrest stems from the woman’s reckless driving on Highway 45 in Milwaukee. The reporting officer claims that the woman was speeding during poor weather, changing lanes without her blinker, and crossing double white lines.

The smell of alcohol was present in the woman’s car, and she appeared to be intoxicated. She failed a field sobriety test and was therefore charged with her sixth OWI.
