A young teenage girl has recently died in Wisconsin after suffering from serious head injuries sustained after falling from the back of a moving truck. 

The girl, who was only 15 years-old at the time of her death, was riding in a truck when the accident occurred.  It is not known if the girl was attempting to jump or if the girl fell from the back of the vehicle. 

The girl was rushed to a hospital by ambulance and underwent initial treatment.  The girl was then airlifted to another hospital to be treated for her injuries.  The girl would die shortly later.
