UWSP Chancellor Bought Drinks, Says She Was Not Impaired

by Administrator 15. April 2009 05:18

Linda Bunnell, chancellor of the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point, purchased three drinks in the two hours before she was involved in a hit and run collision on February 17. However, she claims to not have been impaired at the time.

According to Bunnell, she arrived at Madison Club and ordered a cocktail which she did not have time to drink. She then had a glass of wine with dinner and ordered a second which she also did not have time to drink. However, authorities at the university were surprised by her version of the story, and said they would look into it.
