Texting While Driving Extremely Dangerous

by Administrator 29. July 2009 06:57

A recent study came out that further confirmed the dangers presented to motorists on the road when texting while driving.  The study followed individuals over a longer period of time than more traditional studies in hopes of getting more accurate data.

The study found that individuals who text while driving are nearly 23 times more likely to be in a vehicular accident. This study confirms the dangers that cell phone use and texting can have on individuals while driving.  The distraction that occurs takes the focus off the road leading to many accidents.
