A ski lift accident recently took place at a Wisconsin ski resort.  The accident occurred at the resort and started when the ski lift began sending riders backwards. 

Many riders began screaming out and a chaotic scene began to play out.  Some individuals attempted to jump off of the ski-lift and others held on until the end.  A pile up began to occur at the bottom of the lift from all the individuals going backwards. 

The accident is currently under investigation to determine what caused the lift to malfunction.
