German Shepherd Bites Teenager

by Administrator 17. March 2010 04:47

A teenage boy was rollerblading in Schofield, Wis. on Sunday afternoon when a dog that appeared to be a German Shepherd jumped up and bit him, reports say. The dog's owner was a white female in her 30s or 40s, reports say, and she was with another woman who was also walking a dog. Officials say the woman might have been unaware of the situation, because she continued walking the dog after the incident occurred.

The Marathon County Health Department is still searching for the dog and its owner. Authorities want to check if the dog is up to date on its shots to see if the teen needs to get rabies shots after the incident.
