A Fond du Lac man who was advised by a bouncer not to drive, caused an accident on Highway 45 on Saturday night when he struck another car head on. The man was traveling south in the northbound lane when this occurred. The accident injured the driver of the other vehicle, and killed her 14 year old daughter. Afterward, the man was given a field sobriety test on which he blew a .20 BAC.
