Trisha N. Justice and Sylvia A. Amos, 2 two women who have been incarcerated for robbery, forgery and fraud have filed separate suits against Dave Masters, a prison guard at their correctional facility. Justice, 34, was convicted when she was 26-years-old.  Following her robbery charge, she was also found guilty of first-degree-murder and is not eligible for parole for another 20 years.  Amos, who was 28 at the time she was found guilty of forgary and circuiting money under false pretenses, is 35. Both women claim a regular pattern of abuse and sexual harrassment was provoked by Masters.  These occurrences began in 2006.  Additionally, two extra abusers have been named in this suit, who were also correctional officers. 6 other women have come foward and attested to sexual misconduct on Masters' behalf.
