Two People Killed in Accident with Deer

Two Wisconsin residents recently lost their lives in an accident which took place Saturday morning.  The accident involved a 24 year-old driver and a 14 year-old passenger. 

The driver was travelling on Wisconsin 133 when a deer ran out in front of the vehicle.  The driver then struck a deer causing damage to the vehicle and causing the vehicle to become uncontrolled.  At this point,  the vehicle travelled down a hill and struck a tree head-on.  Although the two individuals in the vehicle were wearing seatbelts,  the two still lost their lives from the accident.

One Killed in Accident with Semi-Truck

A 33 year-old Wisconsin resident is dead following an accident after the vehicle they were in collided with a semi-truck.  The accident took place late Thursday night around 7:00 p.m.  

According to authorities,  the semi-truck was entering the highway when the driver of SUV struck the side of the semi.  This caused the SUV to sustain serious damage in the collision.  The driver of the SUV was killed in the accident.  Authorities pronounced the man dead at the scene of the accident.  The man's name has not yet been released pending notification of family members.

Motorcycle Rider Injured in Accident

A motorcycle rider has recently been injured in an accident that took place near Warrentown.  The motorcyclist had to be airlifted by medical helicopter to a hospital following the accident to be treated for his serious injuries.

The accident took place when a Dodge Caravan slowed down significantly in reaction to a truck that was pulling a boat.  The motorcyclist was unable to adjust to the decrease in speed and struck the back of the Caravan. The individuals inside of the Dodge Caravan were uninjured in the accident.

The accident is currently under investigation.

One Killed in Accident

A Onalaska man was killed in an accident on Friday when his pickup truck was struck by a dump truck.  According to police reports,  the accident occurred around 7:30 p.m. Friday night. 

Emergency officials responded to the 911 call and arrived on scene and began attempting to treat the injured man.  The man was rushed to a local area hospital following the accident, however he was pronounced dead about an hour later at the hospital. 

The accident is currently under investigation.
