Seatbelts Save Lives

by Administrator 28. September 2009 05:43

Seatbelt use is important to make many accidents less serious.  The number of preventable deaths a year would be in the several thousands if more people buckled up constantly.  It is unfortunate that several thousand people would still be alive if they took the steps to buckle up.  It is because of this that law enforcement has been ramping up efforts to increase enforcement.

It is ultimately the responsibility of the individual to wear a seatbelt.  It is important to realize that it simply is not worth it to go without being buckled up.
